Bachelor's degree in health/sciences/pharmacy or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
Proven District Manager leadership; pharma sales mgmt experience (min 4 yrs).
Strong judgment, product/state knowledge, and market dynamics sense.
Ability to mentor teams and deliver constructive feedback.
HCIR credentialing requirements for facilities in assigned territory.
Must have valid driver’s license and pass pre-employment screening.
