📋 Description

• Direct activities and oversee shift operations, cost/inventory/cash control, and customer relations.
• Lead a team, set the example, ensure policy adherence 100% of the time.
• Drive store goals: sell more pizzas, have more fun, improve profitability.
• Handle staffing, paperwork submission, food management, scheduling.
• Maintain image standards, store cleanliness, and marketing efforts.
• Oversee training and development of crew to reach high performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Physical requirements: standing majority of shift; occasional lifting up to 50 lb.
• Ability to read maps, locate delivery areas, and navigate diverse sites.
• Basic math and computer/POS familiarity.
