📋 Description

• Draft detailed and assembly drawings for design components using CAD tools and standard drafting
• Work with engineers to interpret concepts and produce accurate detailed drawings.
• Locate project files in databases and maintain records of drafting work.
• Review schematics and docs to verify configurations, dimensions, tolerances, and specs.
• Compare configurations against engineering schematics; modify designs as required.
• Collaborate with vendors, engineers, designers, and assemblers to resolve issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• 4–9 years of relevant drafting, design, or engineering support experience.
• Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience using CAD tools and interpreting technical drawings and docs.
• Ability to verify dimensions, tolerances, configurations, and specs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; methodical design review.
