📋 Description

• Lead high‑impact drug discovery programs from target validation through candidate selection
• Translate science into clinical‑ready compounds across Oncology, Inflammation, Neuroscience
• Orchestrate DiscoveryOne® integrated projects with cross‑functional teams and client partners
• Design, plan, and execute end‑to‑end discovery strategies to deliver meaningful results
• Build and lead cross‑functional project teams; manage data, timelines, budgeting, and vendor

🎯 Requirements

• Medicinal Chemistry/Biology/DMPK background with 10+ years in drug discovery leadership
• Higher degree ( MSc/PhD ) in biological sciences or equivalent
• Strong planning, negotiation, communication; ability to deliver creative, practical solutions
• Excellent organization and attention to detail; commitment to quality and on‑time deliverables
• Ability to lead teams, inspire peers, and work independently or in matrix teams
• UTC/CST or EST time zones alignment with EU teams; travel ~10%
