Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for drywall, painting, metal framing, ceilings, and flooring.
Review specs, plans, and addenda to identify discrepancies; initiate RFIs and submittals.
Prepare bid packages and proposals tailored to US market pricing.
Manage bid coordination and estimating pipeline to meet deadlines.
Lead subcontractor/vendor outreach; solicit quotes and clarify scopes.
Collaborate with the business owner to manage day-to-day estimating workflow.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
2-3+ years estimating experience for US-based construction, including takeoffs and bid prep.
Deep familiarity with US standards, blueprints, codes, and drywall/paint/interior framing terms.
Strong PM mindset; manage RFIs, coordinate with vendors, drive bidding.
Remote-environment adaptability; use client software and estimating tools.
Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
