📋 Description

• Develop enterprise Dynamics 365 applications with Customer Service focus
• Architect, design, and implement Dynamics and Power Platform solutions
• Collaborate with security, identity, and networking teams to maintain a stable platform
• Lead solution design reviews and provide DevOps automation at scale
• Integrate external systems via Service Bus, Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, and data migration
• Support AI Builder and Copilot Studio integrations and post-production deployments

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Power Apps, Power Automate, plugins, architecture and design
• Azure services: Data Factory, Service Bus, Azure SQL, Logic Apps, Key Vault
• Copilot Studio, GitHub Actions for CI/CD, and C#.NET
• Iterative, agile development and strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills
