📋 Description

  • Design high-performance static advertisements for Meta, Pinterest, Google Display, and programmatic
  • Create a broad range of creative formats and styles, from UGC-inspired to premium brand layouts.
  • Develop carousels, split-screen comparisons, “Us vs. Them” graphics, checklists, press-style
  • Develop compelling visual hooks that capture attention quickly and communicate a clear value
  • Rapidly iterate on successful concepts by testing headlines, backgrounds, typography, layouts
  • Produce multiple variations of high-performing concepts to support ongoing testing and scaling.

🎯 Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience designing direct-response creative for DTC, e-commerce, lead-generation, or
  • Strong performance-first mindset; ads should drive clicks, engagement, and conversions, not just
  • Expert-level proficiency in at least one major design tool (Figma, Adobe Photoshop, or Canva) with
  • Proven ability to produce high volumes of creative and develop 10+ variations of a successful
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, color contrast, hooks, CTAs, and
  • Experience creating static paid-social ads, particularly images and carousels for measurable
