E-commerce Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee CS ops, fulfillment, and systems for a growing DTC brand.
• Manage CS, coordinate with 3PLs, and optimize CX tooling.
• Build scalable processes and infrastructure in a fast-paced startup.
• Fully remote role; 9 AM–5 PM EST.
• Hands-on operator driving efficiency and ownership.
• Collaborate with leadership to scale operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations, ecommerce, or support ops.
• Experience in DTC or CPG ecommerce preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environments.
• Experience aligning CS and fulfillment workflows.
• Strong operational and systems-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
