E-Commerce Operations Support (m/f/d)

📋 Description

• Provide operational support to OneShop Squad and legacy webshop
• Maintain product, content and campaign data across platforms
• Ensure timely, accurate execution of e-commerce activities
• Support planning and execution of promotions and launches
• Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth daily operations
• Support data quality and issue resolution in transformation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years experience in e-commerce operations
• Experience maintaining product, content and campaign data
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS or PIM systems
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Very good written/spoken English
• Nice to have: telecom sector or webshop transformation experience
