📋 Description

Monitor and forecast Amazon FBA inventory using templates
Plan replenishment and place vendor POs; coordinate shipments
Process Walmart Direct Orders daily; generate labels and track shipments
Walmart Bulk Orders: review POs; coordinate inventory; schedule pickups
Inventory planning: track overseas shipments with 60-90 day lead times
Assist with pricing and sourcing (manufacturers + freight)

🎯 Requirements

Strong attention to detail (non-negotiable)
Ability to follow SOPs and processes accurately
Experience with Excel / spreadsheets
Basic experience with QuickBooks (invoicing, order entry)
Strong organizational and time management skills
