E-Commerce Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate and execute newsletters across markets, languages, and segments
• Support planning, setup, QA, and delivery of newsletter campaigns
• Use A/B testing and audience selections to improve engagement
• Publish content on arket.com with accuracy and timeliness
• Create and manage promotions, vouchers, and digital campaigns
• Maintain and optimize search and product recommendations on site

🎯 Requirements

• Several years in e-commerce, digital ops, online merchandising, CRM, or similar
• Experience with newsletters, email marketing, or CRM campaigns
• Experience with content management systems or e-commerce platforms
• Hands-on with coordinating digital campaigns and content
• Strong organization and multi-priority management in fast pace
• Proactive problem-solving and ownership mindset
