Early Careers Advisor - 12 month FTC

📋 Description

• Work in the People & Culture team in Manchester on a 12-month fixed term contract.
• Deliver and evolve early careers programmes (apprenticeships, graduate programmes, internships
• Coordinate with L&D, Resourcing and People Partnering teams for seamless programme delivery.
• Coach and guide early careers colleagues and their managers/mentors to achieve milestones.
• Engage with training providers and educational institutions to attract future talent.
• Support outreach activities and partnerships with education bodies and tech communities.

• Experience designing and delivering outreach activities and onboarding for early careers.
• Strong coaching, mentoring and relationship-building with internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organisational and diary management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build partnerships with training providers, education establishments and communities.
• Knowledge of England funding/apprenticeship frameworks and safeguarding policies is desirable.

🎁 Benefits

• Salary £35,000 – £40,000 depending on skills and experience.
