📋 Description

• Own and improve day-to-day eCommerce operations to ensure priorities and workflows run efficiently
• Build, document, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and internal systems for scalable growth
• Coordinate supply chain, logistics, and other eCommerce activities to maintain business continuity
• Identify bottlenecks and gaps; develop practical solutions
• Introduce organization and ownership across teams and processes
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and support recruiting efforts

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of operations management in a direct-to-consumer or eCommerce business
• Proven ability to create, implement, document, and improve SOPs and systems
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills; multitasking capable
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving processes
• Problem-solving with a practical, solutions-oriented approach
• High autonomy, strong ownership, and proactive execution
