🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations management within DTC or eCommerce.
• Experience creating, implementing, and updating SOPs and systems.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills across multiple priorities.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving priorities.
• Problem-solving with a practical, solutions-oriented approach.
• Autonomy and comfort working with limited supervision.
