📋 Description

Identify friction in customer journey via site data
Prioritize conversion improvement hypotheses
Design/manage site tests using Shopify A/B tools and Algolia
Document results and build testing capability with Ecommerce team
Collaborate with UX/UI Designer on design changes
Monitor key conversion touchpoints and flag issues

🎯 Requirements

2-4 years related ecommerce/site ops or UX/perf experience
Proficiency in ecommerce analytics and funnel reporting
Familiarity with Shopify and Algolia
Experience with heatmaps/session tools (Hotjar/FullStory) a plus
Reading/interpreting web analytics data (Adobe/Google Analytics)
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for communicating with developers
