📋 Description

• Lead Claude Corps end-to-end — launches, host pipeline, coordinate with CodePath, measure programs
• Develop and close tier-1 partnerships with talent developers, workforce organizations, and
• Deploy AI Fluency workforce offerings with states, cities, and national/regional partners
• Orchestrate cross-functional work with internal teams and external funders/agencies
• Research program effectiveness and share replicable models for the broader workforce field

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading large, multi-stakeholder partnerships
• Experience in large or fast-growing organizations with talent/HR programs
• Substantive background in AI fluency or learning programs
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous environments and drive impact-focused execution
• Executive-level communication skills, both writing and public speaking
