📋 Description

  • Role: Ecosystem BD for DeFi/L1 projects (APAC remote).
  • Identify and recruit top DeFi projects (Lending, AMM, Derivatives) and RWA.
  • Bridge external teams with internal eng; guide deployment to mainnet.
  • Advise on liquidity, cross-chain bridging, and asset management.
  • Lead tokenization integrations; ensure L1/L2 compatibility.
  • Collaborate with APAC teams to align growth with regional liquidity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Blockchain/Web3; Ecosystem Development, Tech BD, or Solutions Architecture.
  • DeFi primitives: AMM, liquidity mining, lending, cross-chain interoperability.
  • Hands-on deployment support; understand smart contracts, APIs, data tools.
  • Industry network with top L1/L2 projects preferred.
  • Adaptable to fast-paced env; work across APAC/Europe time zones.
