Ecosystem Marketing Manager & Event Lead

📋 Description

• Own and execute ecosystem marketing strategy for RWA, stablecoins, and institutions.
• Design and lead global ecosystem events (conferences, hackathons, roadshows, forums).
• Build and manage relationships with developers, founders, protocols, and partners to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with BD, product, and engineering to align messaging with roadmap.
• Develop ecosystem narratives and go-to-market strategies conveying value proposition.
• Manage agencies, partners, and vendors for high-quality events.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in ecosystem marketing, community growth, partnerships, or events in Web3/fintech.
• Strong understanding of Layer 1/Layer 2 ecosystems and developer communities.
• Proven leadership of large Web3 events, hackathons, or ecosystem programs with measurable impact.
• Excellent communication translating complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
• Strategic yet hands-on, thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Experience cross-functionally with engineering, product, BD, and leadership teams.
