Edit Lead

📋 Description

• Maintain efficient workflow and high-quality post-deliverables.
• Collaborate with design leads/strategists on concepts; oversee delivery.
• Own creative oversight for UGC video editing.
• Act as the point of contact for post-production questions.
• Implement performance iterations based on video results.
• Ensure on-time delivery for all deliverables and launches.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years video editing experience (motion graphics a plus)
• Brief, direct, and provide clear feedback to a team of Content Producers
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple milestones
• Lead and teach others
