Lead customer education across learning journeys to maximize product value
Collaborate with SMEs, enablement, and content teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date materials
Deliver training programs (VILT, onsite, webinars) and run Train-the-Trainer sessions
Develop and secure approved customized training plans aligned to customer goals
Ensure learning experiences drive measurable business outcomes

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in instructional design and customer-facing training in SaaS
Strong facilitation for virtual and in-person sessions
Consulting mindset with discovery, stakeholder mgmt, and solution design skills
Proficiency with Articulate 360, Captivate; ability to craft clear instructional copy
Knowledge of ADDIE/SAM and solid project management
Spanish or French language skills a plus
