📋 Description

• Lead and manage IEP development and implementation
• Collaborate with leadership to set goals for students
• Provide specialized instruction and behavior support
• Analyze data to monitor progress and inform practice
• Develop daily/long-term lesson plans aligned to IEPs
• Support general education colleagues with differentiation

🎯 Requirements

• B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution
• Active credential in Special Education, or eligibility for Provisional Internship Permit or Short
• Experience teaching students with similar demographics
• Commitment to KIPP mission and anti-racist education
• Proficient in Google Suite (Google Classroom, Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Ability to use instructional tech (Zoom, Nearpod) for in-class and distance learning
