EHR Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead implementation lifecycle for new customers and expansions
• Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and stakeholders
• Collaborate with Sales, CS, Product, Eng, Data Governance, Clinical Ops
• Translate business needs into actionable plans
• Oversee EHR integrations (FHIR, custom APIs) with Epic, Cerner, athenahealth
• Validate data flows and configurations with technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Admin, CS, Info Systems, Business or related field
• 3–5+ years in SaaS/healthcare IT implementations
• Proven cross-functional leadership through requirements, planning, testing, go-live
• Strong understanding of HL7, FHIR, RESTful APIs
• Hands-on EHR integration with Epic, Cerner, athenahealth
• Experience with implementation processes, UAT, QA, issue resolution
