📋 Description

• Produce high-quality curriculum and learning content
• Plan and write rigorous academic content reflecting CommonLit standards
• Curate texts meeting standards for rigor, relevance, and instructional value
• Peer review content components for standards alignment and design principles
• Contribute to curriculum, supplemental, and library content across the organization
• Manage workflow across multiple concurrent projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ completed years of teaching
• Bachelor's degree in English, history, or humanities
• Lived experience or work experience in communities of color
• Strong reading, writing, editing, and analytical skills; close attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of college- and career-readiness standards in ELA
• Demonstrated understanding of best practices in ELA instruction
