🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's to master's level or equivalent experience
Pcb design skills with Altium, Eagle, or KiCad
Hands-on prototyping and lab skills (oscilloscopes, DMMs)
Embedded systems familiarity (Arduino, Raspberry Pi); Python helpful
Strong communication and collaboration skills
