Own package- and wafer-level reliability qualification for high-volume production
Plan, develop, execute reliability test campaigns per JEDEC standards
Develop and procure custom test hardware, fixturing, burn-in boards, chambers
Design PCBs and electrical interfaces for test fixtures and monitoring
Develop Python scripts to control test equipment and log telemetry
Analyze reliability data and drive design/process improvements

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/electronics engineering
1+ years in semiconductor or high-reliability industry
Masters/PhD in related field preferred
HTOL, TDDB, EM, HCI wafer-level tests experience
Experience in custom test hardware, burn-in boards, fixturing
PCB design for test fixtures or high-reliability apps
