📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, coach electrical engineers and staff to build technical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience in industrial, advanced manufacturing, or mission-critical facilities.
• Proven leadership of engineering teams with mentoring and performance management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical design, codes, safety, and standards.
• Experience with short-circuit, coordination, arc-flash, load-flow, and power-quality studies.
• Strong project, budget, and scheduling management; ability to drive business development.
