Electrical Lead/Supervisor - FieldWorks

📋 Description

• Serve as the on-site technical authority for electrical and I&C activities during outages
• Provide day-to-day technical direction and field oversight to union electricians, I&C
• Review work packages, procedures, electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, schematics, technical
• Coordinate daily work activities with customers, FieldWorks leadership, and craft teams to support
• Provide technical expertise and oversight to support craft-led troubleshooting and resolution of
• Monitor field execution and workmanship to ensure compliance with customer requirements, plant

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Power Plant Technology, Industrial
• 7+ years of progressive experience supporting electrical and/or I&C maintenance, testing
• Completion of a formal electrical or I&C apprenticeship or advanced craft training program
• Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership and field oversight to union electricians
• Deep technical expertise in one or more electrical or I&C disciplines, with the experience and
• Strong working knowledge of electrical systems and equipment, including power distribution systems
