Electrical Manager - FieldWorks

📋 Description

• Lead planning and oversight of electrical maintenance, testing, installation, troubleshooting
• Provide technical leadership for electrical field work; ensure safety and adherence to codes and
• Collaborate with customers and unions to define scopes, staffing, schedules, and execution
• Serve as electrical SME to support planning, workforce readiness, and complex challenges.
• Support proposal development and execution planning for FieldWorks opportunities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in electrical maintenance, testing, commissioning, outage execution, or field services in
• Experience leading union electrical crews; strong understanding of union work practices.
• Strong technical expertise in electrical disciplines; able to act as trusted SME.
• Ability to assess talent, identify gaps, and coach craft personnel and specialists.
• Willingness to travel 50%+ and work in fast-paced outage/field environments.
