Electrical Superintendent

📋 Description

• Lead assigned electrical work in the field from mobilization through completion.
• Deliver safe, code-compliant, high-quality work and keep jobs moving on schedule.
• Lead helpers and apprentices, communicating job status clearly and minimizing callbacks/rework.
• Plan day-to-day work, identify material and labor needs, and ensure quality before leaving the site.
• Maintain safety standards and proper PPE, lockout/tagout, and site safety requirements.
• Provide timely field updates to leadership and escalate issues early.

🎯 Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician capability preferred with strong field leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial, industrial, and service electrical work.
• Ability to read plans and assess field conditions to identify material/labor needs.
• Ability to lead helpers and apprentices while maintaining quality and safety.
• Strong judgment, accountability, and communication in fast-moving field conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred.
