Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Analyst

📋 Description

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI issues promptly
• Liaise between Customer & Field Support Operations and IT, Logistics, Finance, Sales
• Collaborate to increase EDI volume, capabilities, and performance
• Onboard/offboard customers and resolve EDI issues
• Provide technical support to internal users and trading partners
• Communicate clearly with customers and team

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field
• 4+ years of EDI experience; GHX platform desirable
• Experience in the medical device industry dealing with hospital customers
• Leadership experience in EDI function
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
