📋 Description

• Inclusion Intervention Specialist in K-12 schools in Ohio; support students with diverse needs
• Push-in to general ed and provide small group instruction
• Collaborate with teachers to co-plan and co-teach lessons
• Advocate for inclusive practices and accommodations
• Participate in IEP/MTSS meetings and maintain progress docs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college
• Current Ohio Special Education Intervention Specialist License or willingness to pursue by start
• Experience with IEPs, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Strong written/oral communication; ability to work in a collaborative team
• Belief in antiracist practices and inclusive education
• Ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment
