Elementary School: Special Education, Aide - Greater Boston (2026-2027)

📋 Description

• Guided 1:1 or small group support for students with special needs under Lead Teacher direction
• Assist with curriculum modifications and learning materials
• Provide testing accommodations and supervise tests as needed
• Review and correct student work and track progress with data
• Support behavioral intervention plans to ensure safety and success
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and staff to support student growth

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s Degree OR 48 college credits OR Pass ParaPro with 464+
• Experience with Google Suite and basic computer literacy
• Ability to engage in physical tasks and support students as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to KIPP MA mission and inclusive environment
• Willingness to extended workday and school duties as needed

🎁 Benefits

• Base salary $37,000 to $50,000 per year (1.0 FTE)
• $1,000 signing bonus and $2,000 annual retention bonus where eligible
• Other bonuses and school-year calendar alignment
