• Plan and use instructional strategies, materials, and activities tailored to students' learning
• Use progress-monitoring tools to analyze results and adjust strategies
• Use data to inform instructional decisions
• Provide daily feedback on mastery in character and academics; plan for individual learning needs
• Demonstrate strong pedagogy
• Collaborate with school team and across KIPP Nashville to support school culture

🎯 Requirements

• Valid Tennessee teaching license OR proof of enrollment in an Educator Preparation Program
• Conferred Bachelor’s degree
• Pass Criminal Background Check
• Commitment to working with students from educationally under-resourced communities (highly
• Experience and success teaching under-resourced communities (highly preferred)
• At least two years of teaching experience (preferred)
