📋 Description

• Own email automation and QA workflows to scale production.
• Assemble templates in Braze and ensure fidelity to Figma and copy.
• Develop AI automations to accelerate production.
• Introduce an AI QA layer and manage final human QA.
• Build AI-assisted content catalogs, blocks, and templates.
• Manage link tracking, validation, and deep links (Branch.io).

🎯 Requirements

• Strong systems thinking and attention to detail.
• Experience building/operating automation (AI, scripts, no-code/low-code).
• HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting and QA.
• Experience with Liquid templating or dynamic content systems.
• Understanding of production pipelines (inputs → assembly → validation → launch).
• Proactive communication and ownership of deliverables.
