Email Deliverability Consultant

📋 Description

• Provide email deliverability consulting for Iterable’s customers
• Educate customers on best practices and deliverability strategies
• Monitor client performance using internal metrics and third-party tools
• Ensure smooth product experience and increasing client ROI
• Partner with Support to analyze tickets and resolve issues
• Maintain high-level email campaign deliverability for enterprise clients

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2-4 years in email deliverability consulting/support
• 2+ years in a B2B SaaS customer-facing role
• Experience with 3rd-party delivery tools (Validity Everest, eDataSource, Google Postmaster Tools
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup
• Familiar with ISP/domain-specific delivery policies, block mitigation, and feedback loops
