Email Marketing Coordinator

📋 Description

• Build responsive marketing emails using Stripo or Klaviyo from approved copy, assets, and brand
• Recreate email designs and templates with visual consistency and quality.
• Update and repurpose existing email modules per campaign needs.
• Format email components: text, images, buttons, backgrounds, spacing, layout.
• Ensure emails render across desktop/mobile and clients.
• QA checks: proofreading, links, images, alt text, personalization, formatting.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years in email production, digital marketing, or related field.
• Hands-on with Stripo, Klaviyo, or similar drag-and-drop platform.
• Strong attention to detail; identify inconsistencies in formatting, links, copy, imagery, spacing.
• Experience with templates, workflows, production processes, brand standards.
• Basic understanding of responsive email design across devices/clients.
• Basic HTML/CSS for troubleshooting is preferred.
