Email & Retention Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Role oversees email and SMS retention programs with Klaviyo focus
• Work with Senior Marketing Manager to improve lifecycle flows
• Support affiliate, influencer, and other marketing initiatives
• Fully remote role with US business hours alignment
• Directly impact repeat purchases, subscriptions, and CLV
• Hands-on execution of campaigns and performance analysis

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in email/lifecycle/retention marketing for e‑commerce
• Hands-on Klaviyo experience
• Experience managing lifecycle flows, segmentation, campaigns
• Own campaigns end-to-end from setup to QA and deployment
• Experience with e‑commerce/DTC brands preferred
• Experience with SMS platforms (Postscript) preferred
