Email & SMS Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Execute Email and SMS campaigns for U.S.-based clients
• Build campaigns with drag-and-drop tools; HTML builds when needed
• Develop segments and perform A/B testing
• QA pre/post launch and monitor performance
• Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing and Creative teams
• Maintain campaign calendars and reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years in Email/SMS marketing, lifecycle or retention
• Hands-on drag-and-drop email building
• Experience with Klaviyo and Postscript preferred
• US-based B2C/CPG exposure + DTC wellness/beauty a plus
• Strong QA, segmentation, and reporting skills
• English fluency and cross-functional collaboration
