EMEA Accounting Manager

📋 Description

• Lead accounting operations across 7 jurisdictions and 10 entities.
• Oversee US GAAP and local statutory GAAP compliance.
• Drive statutory/external audits end-to-end.
• Standardize processes and controls across entities.
• Champion automation and AI within the accounting function.
• Collaborate with FP&A, Tax, Legal, and HR for month-end close and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience managing multi-country/multi-entity accounting operations.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and exposure to local statutory GAAPs.
• Track record of leading audits and auditor relationships.
• Experience standardizing processes in multi-entity environments.
• Passion for AI, automation, and finance transformation.
• Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership skills.
