🎯 Requirements

8+ years of B2B marketing experience with channel/partner marketing in EMEA.
Strong understanding of the EMEA partner ecosystem (VARs, MSPs, SI, Distributors).
Proven track record with field sales alignment, regional events, MDF budgets, and ROI.
CRM and marketing automation proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo or equivalent).
Excellent communication, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Organised, execution-focused, comfortable in a matrix environment.
