  • Own the deal strategy across our EMEA sales team

  • Run non-standard deals through contracting and approvals

  • Define and evolve deal policies: terms, pricing, packaging

  • Collaborate with Account Executives to form deals and orders

  • Create processes and enable Sales on best practices

This is an in-office position.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in Deal Operations, Deal Desk, or Sales Ops

  • Hands-on cross-functional collaboration across Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance

  • Experience with EMEA markets, multi-currency workflows, and regional compliance

  • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based pricing models

  • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication

  • Analytical, data-driven decision-making to guide opportunities
