EMEA IT Manager (m/f/d) - based in Warsaw

📋 Description

• Act as the primary IT partner for the EMEA region; define and execute IT strategy.
• Lead regional IT operations end-to-end: infra, cybersecurity, apps, network, support.
• Implement, optimize, and support enterprise systems (SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft).
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing IT team.
• Ensure compliance with quality and security standards; strong cybersecurity.
• Drive operational excellence through process optimization and tech enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's in IT, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience; 5+ years in IT leadership; 2+ yrs IT ops in Europe.
• Strong IT infrastructure, SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft, data warehouse, and dashboards.
• Hands-on with local infrastructure, ITIL processes, and executive support.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
