📋 Description

• Own the global emerging channels roadmap from discovery to scaling and budget decisions.
• Identify, set up, and test new growth channels (Reddit, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn groups, and
• Develop full-funnel strategies with clear hypotheses and dedicated test budgets.
• Analyze experiments and channel performance; iterate based on data to drive scalable growth.
• Partner with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams to influence go-to-market strategies.
• Research and scale opportunities across content marketing, SEO, GEO marketing, guerrilla tactics

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Performance or Growth Marketing with focus on data, experimentation, and ROI.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Strategic ownership of channel roadmaps, growth programs, or experimentation budgets.
• Experience with Reddit, X.com, Discord, LinkedIn communities, Start-up/Web3, or similar emerging
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics, audience behavior, and community dynamics.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SimilarWeb).
