📋 Description

• Own onboarding programs, performance reviews, individual plans tracking, and exit interviews to
• Develop and roll out manager toolkits and self-serve resources for coaching and team growth.
• Administer engagement surveys, analyze feedback, and translate insights into action plans with
• Oversee daily admin of 15five and other employee experience tools to keep processes smooth.
• Create and maintain internal Notion pages and People guides for easy access to information.
• Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis to keep rewards fair and competitive.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR, People Ops, or Employee Experience, ideally in SaaS/tech.
• Hands-on with HR software (e.g., 15five) and Notion documentation.
• Strong communication; able to explain processes clearly across departments.
• Initiative and accountability; manage time and projects independently.
• Analytical with HR metrics, survey analytics, and salary data.
• Empathy and discretion; handle sensitive conversations confidentially.
