  • Years of dedicated Employee Relations / workplace investigation exp in fast-paced, international (EMEA) orgs.
  • Strong knowledge of EMEA employment law and ER best practices; multi-jurisdictional cases.
  • Advanced investigation skills: interviewing, evidence assessment, clear reports.
  • Proven ability to build trust and influence senior leaders, HR, Legal, works councils.
  • Data-driven: use case trends to drive ER strategy.
  • CIPD or equivalent HR/ER accreditation.
