  • Act as central owner for ER cases (grievance, disciplinary, absence) per policy.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret ER data to identify trends and drive actions.
  • Lead ER policy creation and training materials to build leadership capability.
  • Partner with People and Legal on escalations, settlements, and employment law matters.
  • Assist Senior People Partner on delivering an ER strategy balancing fairness and commercial outcomes.
  • Develop employment law updates to ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Proven ER, HR analytics, or related experience; strong ability to partner with legal teams.
  • Strong analytical skills; interpret data, build dashboards, communicate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; navigate ER ambiguity.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills; manage multiple priorities.
  • Solid understanding of ER processes and employment law.
  • CIPD qualification or ongoing study desirable.
