Employee Relations Manager - LATAM

📋 Description

• Primary liaison between employees and the organization in the LATAM region.
• Coordinate regional HR activities with HR Business Partners, focusing on compliance and policy
• Provide managerial training on HR compliance topics and employee relations.
• Partner with People Operations for lifecycle transactions (onboarding/offboarding) and data
• Investigate complex ER issues, ensuring confidentiality and impartiality.
• Support regional HR programs with alignment to organizational goals.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of LATAM labour law experience (Honduras/Argentina; Mexico a plus).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field (Master's a plus).
• 4+ years of employee relations experience; able to partner with stakeholders as a team.
• Strong understanding of European, Middle East and Africa employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Policy/procedure development and enforcement experience; ability to handle confidential information.
