Employer Engagement Manager, Tri Share, West Virginia

📋 Description

• Grow and manage an employer pipeline across West Virginia for the Tri-Share program.
• Maintain in‑person presence at local business events and organizations to engage employers.
• Understand workforce needs and communicate Tri-Share value to support recruitment and retention.
• Guide employers through the Tri-Share model, contributions, and state matching with low admin lift.
• Move employers from initial conversation to enrollment with operations team coordination.
• Build referral networks with chambers, EDAs, and other local leaders to champion the program.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in employer engagement, B2B sales, partnerships, or similar consultative
• Strong in-person communication with owners, executives, HR leaders, and community partners.
• Demonstrated consultative sales ability and multi-touch engagement process.
• Ability to travel frequently across West Virginia; valid driver's license and reliable
• Belief in affordable, reliable child care as a workforce issue and enthusiasm to help employers
