Employer Engagement Manager, Tri Share, West Virginia

📋 Description

• Build and manage an employer pipeline across West Virginia for the Tri-Share program.
• Maintain in-person presence at local business and civic gatherings to engage employers.
• Use discovery conversations to align Tri-Share with workforce needs and communicate value.
• Guide business leaders through Tri-Share options, state matching, and administrative aspects.
• Move employers from initial conversation through enrollment and launch with the operations team.
• Build referral networks with chambers, EDAs, trade associations, and local champions.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years in employer engagement, B2B sales, partnerships, economic/workforce development
• Strong WV relationship-based business culture knowledge; statewide/regional networks preferred.
• Excellent in-person communication with owners, executives, HR leaders, and community partners.
• Demonstrated consultative sales: identify problems, present value, manage multi-touch processes
• Ability to travel frequently within West Virginia; valid driver's license and reliable
• Belief in affordable, reliable child care as a workforce issue and enthusiasm to help employers
