📋 Description

• Provide real-time legal counsel on global labor and employment matters
• Draft and maintain employee handbooks, contracts, and internal policies
• Lead internal investigations with discretion and fairness
• Monitor global labor laws and translate into scalable workflows
• Manage outside counsel for employment disputes
• Develop training for managers on compliance topics

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar in good standing
• 5+ years of employment law experience; mix of law firm and in-house preferred
• Strong knowledge of US federal and California labor laws; global expansion mindset
• Ability to influence stakeholders and handle tough news empathetically
• Proven track record of creative, risk-adjusted solutions
